A great borough intiative

A great borough initiative

Tree planting and maintenance

Not all plants and in this case, trees are drought resistant. During the first 3-5 years of their life, they need lots of encouragement whilst their roots and canopy develop.

We were part of a great borough initiative for Native and European species being planted in pocket parks around Merton, totaling around 33,000 Trees.

These Species include Malus (Apple), Pyrus (Pear), Carpinus (Hornbeam), Acer (Maple), Prunus (Cherry), Amelanchier (Snowy Mespilus), Crataegus (Hawthorn) and many more.

Now the trees have been planted, we are watering the trees to give them the best start in life.

Would you like any of these trees for your garden? If so, just get in touch.
Statistics have shown that the best plots for wildlife and biodiversity have mixed species of Shrubs, Trees, and perennials.
