Area – Tandem Centre – A three tiered planting scheme on existing banked area, over three retaining walls.
Requirements – Removal of the existing retaining timbers and vegetation, constructing new reinforced retaining walls with drainage and backfilling, and disposing of all waste. A new reinforced concrete stepped path was built from the lower path to the road, complete with finished textured surfaces. The raised beds were cleared, improved with topsoil and compost, replanted to a new planting scheme, watered on completion and all resulting debris removed.

Requirements – Removal of lawn and patio. Replaced with newly laid patio, Rj blend 4 different size slabs with a row of Rj blend sets along the edge. Classic ever edge Cor Ton edging defining the new beds and inlay the middle area with 10mm shingle and stepping stones.

Requirements – Removal of overgrown plants and replaced with new Portuguese Laurels. Symmetrically planted either side of the approach path in keeping with the formal character of the grounds.
